Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you're displeased with your soaps, please contact us at hello@greengrapefruitsoaps.ca and we'll be happy to help in any way we can.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds and exchanges
We do offer refunds and exchanges if you're completely unsatisfied with your product. Please note that you will need to pay for shipping if you would like an exchange.
